One of the standout offerings is iWorkplace Elements, which promises to be the go-to solution for organisations seeking a seamless and efficient way to manage their content. With a suite of proven, self-deployable solutions available, organisations can save time and money and get all the peace of mind for information protection, governance, and compliance that comes with iWorkplace.

iWorkplace Governance Toolkit will ensure that your content is well-managed, reducing your content risks. Our approach also lays a solid foundation for organisations preparing to implement generative AI tools.

We will continue to offer our deep expertise in setting up Microsoft 365 digital workplaces, ensuring that systems are easy to use while maintaining robust control over business-critical information. We have the most experienced team in the country, proven solutions, and love making the complex simple for customers!

Welcoming New Customers

Our reputation for excellence has attracted a diverse range of new customers in 2024.

HEB reached out to us for assistance in developing their taxonomy. They were so impressed with our team and products that we've now implemented a new Intranet for them. We're also planning several exciting projects for next year!

At Rangitikei District Council we deployed many business-focused Microsoft 365 solutions such as SharePoint Kiosk for public access to digital property records and External Guest Management for onboarding of external users, while also migrating them from on-prem SharePoint to SharePoint Online. The team at Rangitikei recently won ALGIM Information Management Project of the Year for this work.

Creating a modern digital workplace with Microsoft 365, Nelmac was able to control of their document management across the organisation and take the reins on the implementation, boosting their team's skills, and deliver cost savings.

We empowered the team at Nova Energy team to deploy their Microsoft 365 ECMS organically. By helping them to build in-house capabilities and utilising our iWorkplace framework, they were able to self-deploy, enabling them to do more with less.

Our team supported Tainui Group Holdings in their first steps of developing strong governance and information management practices with their digital workplace implementation. This utilised various iWorkplace solutions including the Teams Request Wizard and a Controlled Documents workflow to meet their varied document management needs.

We continued to support existing customer Ministry of Culture and Heritage where we migrated their legacy TRIM EDRMS into Microsoft 365. The migration saw approximately 1.3 million documents moved to the new content management solution and the development of our Archive Copy solution to facilitate a user-centric, very cost-effective migration.

Partnering with Taranaki Regional Council to modernise their workplace through the migration of eDocs to Microsoft 365 was a real highlight in 2024. With IRIS integration, streamlined workflows, and comprehensive change management support we ensured a smooth and successful transition for Taranaki Regional Council’s team.

Also, during 2024 our Australian reseller Professional Advantage continued to drive growth of iWorkplace across the Tasman. They are successfully delivering aged care sector customers modern ways of working with iWorkplace, M365, SharePoint and Teams.

As we step into the new year, we are thrilled to be welcoming more new customers to our iWorkplace community. They’re set to benefit from modern ways of working delivered through our iWorkplace frameworks and solutions, using tools like SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and Microsoft 365 to enhance their work experience.
